Weschler pgs. 100-109 Response

Life is full of mystery and wonder, and finally Weschler fully discovers and believes it at the end. He makes a conscious effort to not seek out whether or not the Bee exhibit was truly factual. Though he could have easily (or not) found out the truth, he let the mystery and doubt of the exhibit take full effect. This was the intention of the Wunderkammern all along, with Wilson and The Society for the Restitution of Decayed Intelligence fighting to keep alive that tradition. Some of it seems utterly false, some undeniably true, and the wonder is left to us to feel.
