It seems that as the second part of the book continues, Weschler is bringing in more sources. It felt like so much research was being thrown at me that at times I found it difficult to stay in the story. It seems that now the "spore" is the museum that Weschler has inhaled and it's become a part of him. What I gathered from the immense amount of facts and information that was being dictated, is that museums, such as the MJT, exist all over the world and all have their own types of stories that seem so unreal that they might as well be made up. It appears as though the idea of "wonder-cabinets" were somewhat of a fad around the globe.
