It is concluded that an elite group and the way society is ran influences the role of peasants in their specific society. Also, classification of peasantry can be strongly based on agricultural skills. It is discussed that the use of agriculture is way of life and not so much used as an economic profit in the market place. According to this, does that mean a peasant’s status could be upgraded if they were to take advantage of this business plan? This seems like a possibility when trying to improve class in different societies especially when compared to current times.
